Ingredients:
195g somewhat pickled butter
85g plain flour
275g golden caster sugar
3 vast eggs
40g cocoa powder
195g dim chocolate, cut up
70ml Baileys
6 Creme Eggs (fridge cold)

Method:
1. Pre-heat a oven to 180C and line a 9″ Square baking tray with vellum paper.
In a medium-sized saucepan, feverishness a butter and chocolate over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once melted, set aside.
