When Minu Pauline looked outward her restaurant, Pappadavada, and saw a homeless lady digging by a balderdash bin to find a meal, she knew she had to do something.
She motionless to put a special fridge only outward a restaurant, where leftovers would be left for anyone in need to take and enjoy.
Minu encourages business to place any uneaten food into a fridge instead of holding home a doggy bag. The grill itself leaves around 80 portions of food in a fridge any day.
But need is so overwhelming, that even when Minu places 100 portions into a fridge they’re mostly left by a finish of a day.
The fridge is left unbarred and stocked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that those going inspired can openly take a meal.

Minu also asks business who leave food for others to make certain to write a date they leave it, so that people will know their dish is protected to eat.
‘Money is yours though resources go to society,’ Minu told The Huffington Post.

‘That’s a summary we wish to send out. If you’re wasting your money, it’s your money, though you’re wasting a society’s resources.
‘Don’t rubbish a resource, don’t rubbish a food.’
