Today in ‘let’s take a good thing and make it weird’: SUSHI PIE.
We’ve had sushi burgers (they demeanour cool, though we know they’d be unfit to eat). Of march it’s time for sushi to turn a pie.
Not an tangible pie, obviously. Because a internet doesn’t know what a cake indeed is.
Sushi cake is layers of rice and fish built together in a round shape, so it looks like a pie. Kind of. A bit. If we ask us, it’s some-more of a sushi gateaux.

Sushi cake has been around for a while, though it’s saying a resurgence in recognition after being featured on Upshout. They’ve even combined a accessible beam on how to make it.
Now, to be clear: we like this in principle.
But this is conjunction sushi nor pie.
