It’s a weekend and that means pancakes.
But they don’t have to be your common fayre – since not try this super-quick recipe from The Body Coach Joe Wicks?
The pancakes come from his best-selling book Lean In 15 and, in this disdainful Metro.co.uk video, Joe shows us usually how easy they are to whip up.
He said: ‘It’s unequivocally elementary and it usually takes about 5 mins to make, and it’s going to be a unequivocally healthy post-workout meal.
So if you’ve finished a workout, you’re in a rush and we wish something unequivocally juicy and unequivocally stuffing after a event this is what we want.’
So, either you’re on Joe’s 90 Day SSS programme or usually looking for a new pancake recipe, here’s all we need for a juicy breakfast.

Ingredients (per person)
1 egg
1 banana
1 dip of vanilla-flavoured whey protein
Greek yoghurt
Handful of raspberries
Handful of blueberries
Drizzle of honey
Coconut oil
Method
Add coconut oil to your vessel and heat.
Liquidise your banana, egg and whey protein.
Pour about 3 dollops into a prohibited vessel to make mini pancakes.
Turn them to prepare afterwards use a rest of a beat to make some-more pancakes.
Serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and a handful of raspberries and blueberries.
Drizzle with honey.
