Chicken teriyaki with rice and veggies

Last night’s #bakingsheetdinners recipe summation – since this sleepy mom totally fell defunct with her Tunie B. (Ahhhh to go to nap each night early loll!!) 😂 🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴 Chicken Teriyaki w/ rice veggies Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups rice 2 crater H2O 3 cups solidified broccoli florets 2 honeyed potatoes, sliced 2 tbsp. Olive oil 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. black peppers 4 duck cutlets 10-12 garlic cloves (optional) 3/4 crater packaged brownish-red sugarine 1/4 crater soy suace 1/2 crater sugarine 1 tsp. ginger powder 2 tbsp. Sesame seeds Directions: 1. On a vast baking piece that has been coated with a tiny olive oil, flow a rice onto core of pan. Pour H2O over rice 2. In a bowl, toss together a broccoli honeyed potatoes with a olive oil, salt pepper. Then place a veggies on tip of rice. Add garlic. 3. Place a Chicken on tip of a veggies. Season with a tiny salt peppers on top. In a tiny play drive together compartment smooth, a brownish-red sugar, soy sauce, honey, ginger sesame seeds. Pour over all a chicken. 4. Bake in a preheated 400 F oven lonesome with foil for 45 minutes. Then mislay foil , brew bake in oven for an additional 10-15 min.
